As a freelance designer, I was tasked with expanding the existing visual identity to create a cohesive website design layout and social media assets, all within a tight 10-day timeframe. Drawing on my web development knowledge, I ensured that the website was not only visually aligned with the brand but also fully functional within the technical constraints of the platform they planned to use.
Addressing the challenges
The company had two distinct challenges open, making it crucial to ensure that both were communicated effectively. I received a detailed brief from the innovation consultancy, which had been hired to oversee the selection process and guide the development of the innovation projects. The brief outlined the target audience and the type of content that needed to be conveyed. Our primary objective was to attract interest from both promising startups and innovation-focused students, ensuring the messaging resonated with these key groups.
